Privacy Policy

Last updated 13 October 2026

This policy explains how Australia Pay Calculator, which runs Australia Pay Calculator, handles information about visitors.

The numbers you enter

The calculators run entirely in your web browser. The salary, hours and other details you enter are not sent to us or to any other server. When you use a calculator, your inputs are saved in the part of the page address after the # symbol so you can bookmark or share a result; browsers do not send that part of an address to websites.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it does.

Server logs

Like most websites, the site is served by a hosting provider (Vercel), whose servers may automatically record standard information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

If you contact us

If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to fix any problem you report, and we don’t share it with anyone else.

The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, which passes your message on to our email inbox. It does not use your details for any other purpose. See Web3Forms for its own privacy policy.

Other websites

Pages link to official sources such as the ATO, the Fair Work Ombudsman, state governments and the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Access, correction and complaints

To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to make a complaint, email basit8225@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which oversees the Australian Privacy Principles.
